Fill out the Trip Vision form and share everything you're dreaming of. After a quick call or voice note sesh (plus your planning fee to secure your spot), I’ll take the reins—so you can start picturing yourself there instead of stress-scrolling hotel websites.

I’ll design a polished, two-phase itinerary: first, handpicked hotels to choose from; then activities, transfers, and reservations layered in once your perfect stay is set. You’ll have a chance to review and request any adjustments based on your package, then I’ll refine it into something ready for takeoff.

The sooner, the better—ideally 6–12 months ahead for milestone trips, and at least 4–6 months for simpler trips. The more advanced notice, the better pricing and options we can accommodate.

A planning fee is required upfront to kick off the process. After that, hotel and service payments are made directly through trusted partners and suppliers.

We will reach out within 24–48 hours with next steps—either booking your intake call or starting a voice note exchange, depending on what you prefer.

Revisions depend on the package you select. Generally, you’ll have one major round of updates, with small refinements after hotel and activity selections.

Absolutely. If you already know where you want to stay, I can book your hotel with exclusive perks (like upgrades, breakfast, and resort credits) at no extra cost to you.

I currently only book business and first-class flights. (And yes, there may be an additional service fee for flight bookings.)

Restaurant recommendations and reservations are included for Dream Edit clients. For hotel-only bookings, I'll suggest amazing spots, but full concierge service isn’t included unless noted.
